Two group workshops
We'll kick off with a live group training event (recorded for those who can't join) where Andy Burrows will teach you how to build a value driver tree and take you through a worked example. Then a couple of months later we'll get back together for feedback and learnings
Working with you individually
After the group training session, Andy will be available to work with you privately over Zoom, screensharing and collaborating, working through problems and questions, to build your value driver tree
